Unfortunately not good customer service.
I had ordered some products and I wanted to return some of them. Since, as is usual these days, our electrician was a bit late and we have a huge construction site, everything was delayed a bit. I sent the products back with a return slip that we didn't need. Unfortunately 2 days late (clearly my fault). It was then said that the goods could not be accepted and would be sent back. Of course it was my mistake but unfortunately because of 2 days I find it a bit petty. Especially since competitors are a little more accommodating. I was told on the phone that unfortunately this wasn't possible, otherwise you would lose business. It's a shame that people here are more interested in making quick money than winning new customers. Especially since there were no large sums of money involved. Unfortunately I won't be ordering from here anymore.
I can't complain about the quality of the goods so far, it's all good so far. All the more a shame.
